Dr. Gregory Kuhlman

Dr. Gregory Kuhlman is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and a Board Certified Chiropractic physician.  He is proficient in manual adjustments as well as the Activator method.  Dr. Kuhlman specializes in the treatment of children and patients with asthma or fibromyalgia.  He can even teach you how proper diet and nutrition can help a child who may suffer from A.D.H.D..  Dr. Kuhlman is a member of the Multidisciplinary Academy of Affiliated Medical Arts, member of the International Chiropractic Association, and member of the American Academy of Disability Evaluating. In 2005, Dr. Kuhlman earned additional certifications in pain management, manipulation under anesthesia and operating room procedures.

Dr. Thomas Galli

Dr. Thomas Galli joined Integrated Health in 2006 after practicing in central Illinois for over 10 years. He is a native of Basel, Switzerland, where he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Basel Medical School. Dr. Galli then came to the United States to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Galli is a member of the Illinois Chiropractic Association.

Sapna Rathi, M.D

Dr. Sapna Rathi, board certified neurologist, joined the staff of Integrated Health in June of  2007. Dr. Rathi received her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Chicago in 1987, and earned her Doctorate of Medicine from Rush Medical College in Chicago in 1991.  Dr. Rathi then completed her residency in neurology at Rush Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago in 1995, and her fellowship in neurophysiology (EMG, EEG, Evoked Potentials and Sleep) at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood in 1996.  Before joining Integrated Health, Dr. Rathi was in private practice for the past eleven years at a specialty pain clinic, and has extensive research and pain management experience.  She is an expert in treating headaches, neuropathic and neuromuscular pain, Fibromyalgia, neck and low back pain, as well as generalized chronic pain and sleep disorders.  Dr. Rathi will be working out of Integrated Health's main facility in Crystal Lake, as well as a new satellite clinic in Elk Grove.  Please contact Integrated Health at 815-356-9371 for more information and to schedule a consultation with Dr. Rathi.

Dr. R. Khan, M.D.

Dr. R. Khan joined Integrated Health in the Fall of 2007.  He finished his Internal Medicine Residency from Michigan State University / Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies in 1997 and also did board Certification in Internal Medicine in 1997.  Dr. Khan completed his board Certification in Pain Management in 2005. Then in 2006, Dr. Khan completed the Medical Accupuncture Course from UCLA.
