- Get one entry each time you pay your balance and arrive on-time for each appointment
- Get ten entries for each new patient you refer to our office

Each month, receive a discount on a different product in our office. Come in to find out what is on sale this month!

July – Food Drive (*Win dinner for two: each time you bring in a bag of food, get one entry. Each time you refer a new patient, get ten entries!)
November/December – Adopt-a-Family (Bring in gifts for families we adopt for the holidays through the Salvation Army)
